Participation in the Wedding Mafia’s 1st Annual Bridal Show on August 2, 2015 from 1-4pm at Jumbolair can increase your exposure and help your company generate additional business. This show will allow you the chance to have face to face interaction with with Brides and/or Grooms. Every vendor will also have website and social media exposure. Our talented web design team will strategically place our vendors and the event on the web to gain additional exposure. We are limiting the number of vendors and are being very selective on the industry professionals that we will participate, therefore we can guarantee the event to provide our potential clients with the best in the industry. Since we recognize that planning a Wedding can be stressful we want to make this day about creating an atmosphere that will make it easy for potential clients to make decisions on the vendors they choose to work with for their event. This exclusive Bridal Show gives a Bride & Groom the opportunity to plan their entire wedding on this one day.
We encourage all of the vendors participating to have plenty of employees representing their services so they will have the ability to provide one on one time with all that are interested. We also recommend vendors to have incentives, drawings, or giveaways and to be creative with their booth. There will be a contest for the most creative booth.. If you need assistance in making the most of this day we will be glad to have a designated specialist work with you once you have reserved your valuable spot.

We are looking for Registered Vendors to participate in a 20 minute stage presentation.
There are only 5 presentations available- Below is just ideas for Hot Topics that will intrigue participation.
1:00-1:20 After the Honeymoon

2:00-2:20 DIY Wedding Ideas
2:30-2:50 I do on a dime
3:00-3:20 Say Yes to the Best Dress
3:30-3:50 Drawings- Thank You’s
Presentations are to be engaging, promotional and informative.
All presentations must be submitted 10 days in advance to the Trade Show Committee for review.
All presentations start at specified time, not a minute later.
Giveaways are allowed.
Instructionals are allowed.
No outside vendors are allowed to participate if they are not a paid table.
No solicitation allowed for vendors that are not trade show participants.

Additional Trade Show Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities:
Sponsor for Bridal Bags: These bags are given to all the Regular attending Brides. These bags will be filled with some goodies and give the Bride the ability to hold all the information obtained at this event. The Bag will be designed to promote your business by Ocala Promotions.
Digital Billboard Sponsor: This is the advertiser that will be given a spot on the digital billboard advertising. This is available to 2 sponsors max. Hurry Fast - These digital advertisements will start mid July 2015. Cost is $250 per week
Our Exhibitor Package Includes:
Floor plan Location Map
Contact List of Attending Brides- List of Brides who attend the show within 7 days of show’s completion. This Includes names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, etc.
Post Card reminders will be mailed to pre-registered brides two weeks out
Posters & Flyers will be available to any business owners
Bags will be provided at registration to all brides- please do not offer bags to clients. If interested you may consider advertising your company on the bags. If interested contact the show administrator.
Giveaways/ Door Prizes:
We request that each vendor donate a door prize. Not limited to just one - a vendor can donate as many as they wish.
Vendors can consider donating a giveaway for the Grand Prize.
Vendor Door Prizes/Giveaways:
A drawing for a discounted booth at a future show
Gift Baskets and/or gift cards.
You are responsible for your own signage, booth display, and backdrop.
You will need to bring an extension cord to hook up to electricity.
Booth contents need to fit within the allocated space.
Your Booth Space is only permitted to solicit the business registered and approved.
Please bring plenty of advertising or promotional marketing materials for clients to receive with your contact information.
Get creative to draw in potential clients!
If you are a food vendor, please bring samples for clients to try. This will solidify your position if they like your food.
Make sure that you have plenty of employees to be able to talk with Bride & Grooms.
We will provide name tags so Bride & Grooms can identify you
Booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis, considering vendor needs and product being
showcased. We reserve the right to make final booth assignments and last minute changes if
necessary and notify vendor if there booth space is available.
The Wedding Mafia and its directors can not be held liable for anything coming from this event, the participants, the guests, and or anyone associated with this show. Each vendor is solely responsible for the representation of their products/services. If this event must be cancelled a new date will be given. If for some unforeseen reason the event can not be rescheduled any vendor booth fees will be refunded minus any expenses. All Registrations must be approved by the Wedding Mafia Board of Directors.
