Trips and Rates
I offer both half, and full-day fishing charters. There isn't a better way to check out Crystal River than a day of fishing. Crystal River offers a wide variety of wildife for you to encounter. It is not uncommon to see a pod of Bottlenose Dolphin at play, or a Sea Turtle crusing the flats. Of coarse, these calm and quiet waterways are also home to plenty of fish! My service offers you the chance to relax and enjoy yourself for the day while catching some fish! Both half and full day trips are private and pricing includes all the gear needed to catch fish. I provide quality Shimao reels and a variety quality rods. After a great day of catching fish, I clean your catch and bag it for you. Be sure to bring a small cooler in the car to preserve your catch if you have a long drive home.
Half-Day Fishing Charter - $300 for 1-2 anglers, an additional $50 per person up to 4 people total. Trips usually depart from the docks at 8 A.M. and go until 1 P.M.
Full- Day Fishing Charter - $400 for 1-2 anglers, and an additional $50 per person up to 4 people total. Trips usually depart from the docks at 8 A.M. and last until 4 P.M.
Half or Full Day Scallop Trip - Scalloping is a seasonal event that varies slightly each year. Half day is $75 dollars per person with a minimum of 4 passengers, or pay $300 minimum. Half day of Scalloping goes from 8 A.M. to 1 P.M.. Full day scalloping is $100 per person with a minimum of 4 passengers, or pay $400 minimum. A full day goes from 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. and includes a quick trip to the springs to rinse and cool off. All scallop trips include all necessary snorkeling gear and a cooler with ice and waters.
Be sure to plan ahead and book your trip in advance. Let the captain know what dates would be best for you, that way he can check weather and pick the best day for a trip if possible
