Technical BS degree with 6 years industrial gas/chemical manufacturing or similar experience; or 8+ years gas/chemical manufacturing experience 2+ years supervisory/management/ leadership experience Regional, national mobility; travel to both sites to oversee daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, audits, etc; travel as needed for training Extensive working knowledge of FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, other government regulations Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Problem solving; troubleshooting; manage multiple priorities; take initiative; decisive in a crisis; adapt tactics .

Job Duties: Direct/oversee daily operations of facility Implement/maintain processes to meet company ZERO ACCIDENT objectives; ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, requirements, regulations; assist in leading monthly plant safety meetings; model exemplary safety behavior Ensure employees have required training/skills to perform assigned functions safely Implement annual HSE plan with corporate assistance; conduct self-audits; participate in internal/external QMS audit program Ensure investigation of incidents, reporting, corrective actions are completed Report issues that impact/may impact safety, environment regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction Follow standard operating procedures; maintain site compliance with FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, TCPA, other regulatory agencies Implement Management of Change process; use Safe Work Permits where required Participate in process hazard analysis; display thorough knowledge of possible hazards/associated safeguards Lead investigations for development of root cause; implement corrective/preventive actions Establish high standards for safety, quality, financial results; hold employees accountable Collaborate/communicate with commercial/other groups to ensure customer satisfaction, implementation of process improvements Make plant/process decisions; perform troubleshooting; establish clear delegation of authority Operate facility within ISO standards; implement/monitor adherence to QMS policies/procedures Coordinate facility maintenance as needed; set/maintain high housekeeping standards Establish/achieve production goals/objectives; deliver quality/quantity of product required to meet business needs, satisfy customers; minimize product losses Resolve operational problems; increase proactive vs. reactive response Provide candid, constructive input to management decisions; actively support decisions Understand, monitor, optimize operating costs within budget, accurate cost coding, accounts payable Identify/implement opportunities to reduce costs; control overtime within established limits Suggest/drive improvements to enhance efficiency/quality of plant processes Use production costing tool, distribution reporting Evaluate/report production, distribution .
