Must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in related field and a minimum of five years manufacturing experience or
equivalent demonstrating strong results in Safety and Environmental implementation. Masters preferred.
Must have extensive lean leadership and a strong Lean / manufacturing background with a proven ability to
lead improvements in waste water treatment (metals separation, PH, etc.). Must have strong communicationskills, problem solving skills, and leadership skills, and proven ability to work in a team environment.
Prefer someone who has a proven background with strong results as a generalist in EH&S. This person must
process the inherent skills to drive change, must be strategic yet tactical, and creative yet fundamental, and
able to work in difficult and timely situations well.
This individual will be responsible for directing the environmental, health, and safety functions at a single
location, multiple buildings manufacturing site in Dallas, Texas supporting all respective EH&S goals and
objectives. This is a strategic manufacturing business with annual revenue over $150m focused primarily on
durable metals industry. This individual will lead all EH&S generalist duties for a fast paced CNC,
grinding, and forming metals process. This person will also be responsible for waste water and air
regulatory and compliance at the manager level along with full safety program implementation and
compliance regarding reporting, workers compensation, hearing conservation, accident reduction, OSHA
program training, hazardous waste reporting and disposal, as well as guarding, electrical, PPE,
This individual must be also strong with cost improvement initiatives must be driven through continuous
improvement practices utilizing sound lean principles along with total employee involvement throughout
the organization. Key responsibilities include developing best in class safety programs and compliance with
waste water treatment. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
