HIIT Class High-Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense burst of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
Strength & Toning Strength & Toning helps to build stronger endurance and increase power. Weight training helps shape and strengthen muscles while building your body to use more calories during cardio workouts.
Ballet Toning A full body workout inspired by Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. Ballet toning increases posture and flexibility while toning and defining muscles. Ballet Toning is also a great stress reliever!
Dance Fitness Dance Fit is a high-energy dance workout! A great, fun cardio workout for any age and fitness level.
Belly Dancing Shimmy your way to a sculpting body by shaking your hips and moving your abdominal muscles. Feel free to add flare and wear a hipscarf.

Yoga Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yogawill lead you to a sense of peace and well-being.
Stretch Stretch Class is great for relaxing and lengthening muscles while increasing range of motion and mobility. It relieves tension, stress and helps to prevent injuries. This is a great additional class post-workout.
Hip Hop Strength A cardio dance class that incorporates weight training in between dance sets.
Pilates Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
