Good Morning,

This morning I've been thinking about my Uncle who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung CA, and has never smoked a day in his life.  His diagnosis was very sudden, and found by a fluke.  He's such an inspiration to me and many others.  He's a talented writer who shares his journey in a blog, so we all can stay connected with him and be inspired by his courageous spirit.

To honor my Uncle I want to share some thoughts of inspirations for anyone else out there who is or who has someone battling our enemy cancer.  Take care.  Dave

Your mortality is at optimal distance, not up so close that it obscures everything else, but close enough to give you depth perception. Previously, it has taken you weeks, months, or years to discover the meaning of an experience. Now it’s instantaneous. ~Melissa Bank

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. ~Eleanor Roosevelt
