Strength Training

METFitness offers several strength training programs to help you build muscle and create definition. All strength classes are one hour in length.

  • Fit & Tone Classes- are designed to offer a cardio workout to beginner exercisers or de-conditioned participants. This is a low-impact class that incorporates both cardio and strength exercises for a total body workout.

  • Suspension Training- is a workout designed to use the resistance of your own body weight and gravity to increase overall strength, balance and flexibility. These sessions can be offered one-on-one or in a group setting. *Straps are not provided for this class.
