Kickbox / Aqua Kick

Kickboxing is a great way to work up a sweat while putting together combinations that will have participants blasting away calories, while having fun! This class combines a cardiovascular workout consisting of punches and kicks with athletic drills designed to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, coordination and balance. 

Aqua Kick takes this class to the water for a low-impact session that will have participants working hard against the resistance of the water. Classes are one hour in length.
