Q: What areas do you service?
A: We provide transportation service to all Utah ski areas and any cities within 500 miles of SLC International Airport.
Q: Where do you pickup and dropoff at the Salt Lake City airport?
A: Marriott Limousine has airport arrivals and drop off locations outside of both terminals at the Salt Lake City Airport. Delta Arrivals are picked up outside of sliding glass door # 11 at the ORANGE curb. All other airlines arrivals are picked up outside of sliding glass door # 6 at the ORANGE curb. PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE STREET.
Upon arrival please call the office at 801-828-6617 and the representative will give you step by step directions on how to locate your driver.
Q: How do I get to the driver at Salt Lake City Airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in a holding area. Upon receiving your bags at baggage claim call the office at 801-828-6617 and the representative will give you directions on where to meet your driver that will transport you to Park City, Deer Valley or wherever you destination may be.
Q: What kind of car will pick me up?
A: We try to put you in the vehicle you ordered but on occasion it is unavailable and a substitute vehicle is required. We will inform you of any changes to your reservation.
Q: Do You Provide Child Seats?
A: Yes. There are a limited number of child seats available. Please request any child seat needs while making your reservation. Child seats are provided free.
Q: My Flight is late, What Do I Do?
A: We constantly monitor all flight information that you provide to us. One of our drivers will be waiting for you when you get here, even if you are a little late. Any pickups over 30 minutes late will have a $50/30min. late fee added to the reservation to cover lost business and driver’s time.
Q: Do You Have a Shared Service?
A: As of now we only offer shared service for large groups that arrive at different times. We do not have a service for single passengers.
Q: Do you charge for children?
A: Yes, all additional passengers are charged $10 per seat.
Q: Can we stop at the store on our way into town?
A: Yes, just ask your driver. We charge $1 per minute for the wait and $10 for the additional stop.
Q: How many bags can we put in the vehicle?
A: One large bag and one medium sized bag per person. Additional bags may be charged for transport.
Q: Is this a shared Ride?
A: By placing a reservation, Marriott Limousine offers you private transportation to Park City, Salt Lake City and the Intermountion region.
Q: What is the benefit to using your service? I noticed that other companies charge a flat rate.
A: When you compare our rates to the shared ride rates that most companies offer we are very competitive. The advantage is the comfort and quality of service. You see, sharing a vehicle means unexpected stops and long rides to your destination. This means what might be a 35 minute trip to the airport can become a 1 hour trip with multiple stops before you get to your destination. Additionally, our vehicles are the most comfortable when compared to the standard 15 passenger van used for shared rides.
Q: What is the vehicle capacity?
A: For our SUV service, up to 7 people. See the Transportation page for more details.
Q: How many skis can I bring?
A: Up to six pairs in our SUVs that are equipped with a ski box.
Q: Do you allow smoking in the vehicle?
A: No, for the breathing comfort of our drivers, guests and per Law, no smoking is permitted in any vehicle.
Q: How much time before our flight do we need to leave?
A: We recommend leaving Park City 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure.
Q: How long should I expect to wait at the airport?
A: When you arrive at the airport a driver will be waiting for you in a remote lot. Upon receiving your baggage you will usually not have to wait more than five minutes for your driver. In extreme winter weather conditions delays are possible.
Q: How do I find our driver when we arrive?
A: When you have received all your baggage please call 801-828-6617 and your driver will be dispatched to the terminal and you will be instructed on where to meet your driver.
Q: Do you do a meet and greet?
A: Yes, we offer our Platinum service for an additional $30.
Q: Do you offer private vehicles?
A: Marriott Limousine only offers private transportation to Park City, Salt Lake City and the Intermountion region.
Q: Can you provide transportation around town?
A: Yes, We provide transportation anywhere you desire.
Q: Can I pay in cash when I arrive?
A: Yes, your credit card is only used to guarantee your reservation, if you request to pay cash upon arrival. If you would like to pay cash please let us know when you make your reservation.
Q: What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
A: Marriott Limousine maintains a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 48 hours before, no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your reservation will have a 50% cancelation fee applied and Cancellations 24 hours or less will forfeit 100% of payment. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: We will be tracking your flight and will have a driver waiting for you when you arrive. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late to their reservation will be billed a $50/30 min wait Late Fee.
Q: What if someone cancels at the last minute?
A: Your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
Q: What if we need to add another person?
A: All additional will be allowed at a $10 increase per person. Please call 801-828-6617 to change an existing reservation.
Q: Can we drink alcohol in the vehicles?
A: Alcohol (beer, wine and hard/mixed drinks) are allowed per state law in vehicles with a partition between the driver and passengers. This would currently include only our Stretch Limo and Limo Party Bus
Q: How are the snow conditions/what is the snow report?
Q: Does it cost extra for: early morning/late night pickups?
A: Yes, there will be a 20% additional charge between Midnight and 6:00 am MST.
Q: How long is the drive to/from Park City?
A: 45 minutes or less with normal traffic
Q: Do you take people to Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin?
A: Yes! We can transport to any location in the western region.
