As we age the worry about developing dementia pops-up in our minds. The question is what we can do to reduce our chance of dementia. DeFina, L.F. et al (2013) reported that higher midlife fitness level could be associated with “lower hazards of developing all-cause dementia later in life”…higher fitness levels earlier in life may lower risk of dementia later in life.”
