Born in Asheboro, North Carolina in 1937 and known as Nolan for his entire elementary and high school period picking up the nickname at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina where he spent his first two years of college from 1955 through 1957 transferring to the University of South Carolina in 1957 and graduating with a BS in Business Administration in 1959.
Nolan Galloway III is a Florida native and an avid outdoorsman. He is very active in his church including playing the drums in the church band. After Graduating from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Nolan continued his education in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). In 2004, he completed all coursework necessary to receive his certification in GIS.
Dr. Kristy Sumner is a third generation Ocala native, and she is excited to be a part of the Gus Galloway Realty team. Having graduated with a doctorate degree in Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida, Kristy has worked in various professional roles across the country, focused primarily on aviation security and public safety, as well as consulting on nationwide and Florida biometric programs. Kristy has also been a college professor, teaching in undergraduate programs at both the University of Central Florida and Metropolitan State College of Denver. Kristy is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and she also enjoys horseback riding and trap shooting. As a member of the Gus Galloway Realty team, Kristy is passionate about assisting clients with all commercial and residential real estate needs.
Charles White is the newest member of the Gus Galloway Realty team. Charles was born and raised in a small rural community in Western Pennsylvania. He later moved to Florida with his family and obtained his Real Estate license. Charles specializes in residential real estate while he develops his knowledge and skills to become a Commercial Realtor working under the tutelage of Nolan Galloway; this has given Gus Galloway Realty an added dimension. Aside from working in real estate and spending time with his wife and child, Charles enjoys riding the trails at Santos on his mountain bike or to take long morning rides through the rolling hills of Ocala’s horse country.
