About The Park

Welcome to the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park Authority, located at 11008 S. Highway 475 in Ocala, Florida.

This 500-acre, multipurpose facility is poised to become one of Central Florida's premiere sporting and recreational venues, complete with a new covered arena and spacious stabling areas.



The park currently hosts horse and agriculture shows, as well as a variety of educational and sporting activities. Booking an event is easy. Simply click on the event listed on our Calendar or our Upcoming Events page.

Florida Horse Park Executive Director Voted...

(11/18/2015) (Nov. 12, 2015 -- Ocala, FL) The Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park Authority Executive Director Shawn Doherty was voted in as Vice Chairman of the Tourist Development Council (TDC) this past Thursday, November 12, meeting. Duties include filling in when the Chairman is absent, and maintaining order among council members.   “It is with great honor that I accept this nomination from fellow member colleagues in support of tourism to Central Florida as well as to our great state,” said Doherty.   The purpose of the council is to help nurture and grow Marion County’s travel and tourism industry. Doherty’s term limit for this particular position with the TDC is one year from the November 12th date. (Pictured l. to r.)
