Shrimp Walk The Plank

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Fresh/Frozen Shrimp
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
1 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground rosemary
1/4 smoked paprika
"pinch" cayenne powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
2 6x12 Golden Alder Grilling Planks

Soak planks for two hours in water. 
Add all ingredients together and add shrimp.
Marinate in refrigerator for one hour.
Brush planks with olive oil and add shrimp.
Garnish with sliced green onion, olives, and carrots for color.
Preheat oven to 400 F.  Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.  Broil for 10 minutes.
