Atlantic Hickory Grilling Planks: The mild nut flavor of our hickory sap is delicate enough as to not overpower even broiled pork cutlets or chops. After soaking your hickory planks in water or apple juice for pork, place in a cookie sheet. Lightly oil the plank surface and add your pork seasoned to taste. Place directly under your oven broiler element. Grill one side and then flip to finish. Add your garnish and serve on the plank. Enjoy!
