    North Atlantic Beechnut Grilling Planks: The natural sap flavor of Beechnut is captured in your entrée when you soak your rectangle or natural oval plank in water before using. Soaking reconstitutes the natural flavor of the Beechnut which is then released into your beef steak, brats, or sausages when you grill them in your oven broiler or grill. A little charring on the edge of the plank will impart some smoke flavor as well. Serve and eat directly from the plank.
