Not all listings on this website are an offer to sell goods; Most satellite systems from Dish Network, DirecTV, Exede and some HughesNet are lease systems and are subject to the terms and conditions of the providers lease and customer agreements. Any offer/order may be rejected, and all orders are subject to review and acceptance by A-Sat Incorporated. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.

 

Specific manufacturers and service provider documents are provided on each product page via a link at the bottom of the page. By placing your order through this  web sight, you acknowledge and agree to the specific terms and conditions listed, as well as any other legal information linked to the pages.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell or lease. A-SAT, Incorporated reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. A-SAT, Incorporated reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 ( USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. A-SAT, Incorporated is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders on this web site from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by A-SAT, Incorporated. RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED GUARANTEE   
Every product you buy from A-SAT Incorporated is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier’s warranty. A-SAT Incorporated's limited guarantee may also apply. A-SAT, Incorporated‘s limited guarantee provides for either exchange or refund of qualifying merchandise. To determine if the product you wish to purchase qualifies for A-SAT, Incorporated ‘s limited guarantee or if other coverage applies please review the coverage terms in the item listing on our website. 

Software, consumables and some other categories of products that do not qualify for A-SAT, Incorporated‘s  limited guarantee have less extensive returns privileges and may be supported exclusively through the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Please check the item listing for specific details regarding individual products coverage. Terms and conditions may vary by manufacturer, supplier or product. A-SAT, Incorporated will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers and suppliers. 

All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all disks, registration cards, inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the date shipped. Satellite receivers and modems that have been installed and/or activated will not be accepted for refund. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by A-SAT, Incorporated or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.

Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, A-SAT, Incorporated will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. 


General Guidelines

To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at A-SAT Incorporated’s sole discretion. Antennas that have been expanded and or installed may not be returned for refund.

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return A-SAT, Incorporated's reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at A-SAT Incorporated's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 8 business days from the time your product is received.


Inspection Criteria

·         Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely

·         Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.

·         Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (A-SAT Incorporated's maintains serial number tracking).

·         Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.

·         Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.



Return Authorization Number

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request an RA within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at A-SAT, Incorporated's sole discretion.


Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. A-SAT, Incorporated shall not be responsible for items returned that are damaged or lost in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, A-SAT, Incorporated may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If A-SAT Incorporated, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.





Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent A-SAT, Incorporated from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products for any reason. Please check the item listing on our website to determine if special return policies are applicable to your products. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions, including within the first 30 days of ownership or lease, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer or supplier. You can find the manufacturer or suppliers contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website. SATELLITE SYSTEMS 
Satellite systems are offered under the terms and conditions offered by the service provider. Dish Network and DIRECTV are offered on a lease program and are subject to a credit check and verification of available funds on a credit/debit card. Most satellite systems offered require a two (2) year service agreement with penalties for early termination. Leased equipment must be returned to the service provider subject to the terms listed on their individual agreements. Failure to return leased equipment may result in charges to your account, and may be charged to your credit, debit card or any other financial institution that you have on file.

 NOTE

 Dish Network and DirecTV as a part of their qualification process will attempt to get an authorization on your card for up to $25 at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. The authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

Non Activation Fees and Non Returned Equipment Charges

Receivers not activated within 30 days of receipt, or activated on an account other that the person who placed the order are subject to a no activation charge of up to the MSRP listed on the service providers web site, and by placing your order with A-SAT, Incorporated, you are giving them permission to charge your credit/debit  card these charges. You are also authorizing your financial institution to pay these charges without the existence of a signed sales receipt.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, A-SAT Incorporated shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. A-SAT Incorporated shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, A-SAT Incorporated shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


REBATE COUPONS 
Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to ONE PER ADDRESS only, unless otherwise noted.

 


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS 
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall A-SAT Incorporated or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. 

NOTE – In most cases we do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or canceled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to email us. 

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds. 


RISK OF LOSS 
If the Customer provides Internationalsatellite.com with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for Internationalsatellite.com, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Internationalsatellite.com to Customer upon shipment from A-SAT Incorporated's facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Internationalsatellite.com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. A-SAT Incorporated retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.

EXPORT REGULATIONS 
If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by A-SAT Incorporated were exported in accordance with such regulations. DISH Network, DirecTV, WildBlue or HughesNet may not be exported without prior written permission from A-SAT, Incorporated and the appropriate service provider. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 
AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND AGREEMENT TO WAIVE A RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS

You and A-SAT Incorporated agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from A-SAT Incorporated, its web site internationalsatellite.com or any of Its subsidies by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in Marion County, Florida.

We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org . You and A-SAT, Incorporated agree that the Arbitration Award maybe taken to a Court of competent jurisdiction to become an enforceable judgment. You and A-SAT, Incorporated agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

If you wish to begin arbitration against A-SAT, Incorporated you must file a case with the American Arbitration Association. You may visit the American Arbitration Association's web site atwww.adr.org to obtain forms and guidance and to learn the procedure for filing a case under this Arbitration Agreement.

This Arbitration Agreement affects you legal rights. An arbitration is resolved by a neutral party and not a judge or jury. There is less discovery and less exchange of information between the parties to an arbitration than might occur in a court proceeding. An arbitration award is final and binding and will only be overturned or reversed by a court in very limited circumstances. You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and A-SAT Incorporated are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
